Adult New Member classes are offered on Sundays at EBC: Atlanta, EBC: Douglasville, and EBC: Conyers as well as on Tuesdays at EBC: Atlanta. Each class is 5 sessions.
Super Saturdays are offered throughout the year and are a great opportunity to complete all membership sessions in one convenient Saturday! Super Saturdays take place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at various locations. There is a $5.00 donation to cover meals/snacks. Registration is required.

The S.E.E.D.S. Ministry is for children 3 months to 10 years old. Children's Church is held at 9:00 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. at EBC: Atlanta, 9:30 a.m. at EBC: Conyers, 8:30 a.m. at EBC: Smyrna, and 10:45 a.m. at EBC: Fairburn & EBC: Douglasville. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to service.
Children 3 months to 3yrs – are registered in Rooms 27A at EBC: Atlanta, in the basement at EBC: Smyrna, in the Cafeteria at EBC: Fairburn and in Building B at EBC: Douglasville & EBC: Conyers
Preschoolers – 4 & 5 year olds – are registered in Room 29B at EBC: Atlanta, in the basement at EBC: Smyrna, in the Cafeteria at EBC: Fairburn and in Building B at EBC: Douglasville
Elementary Children –ages 6-10 – are registered in the Gym at EBC: Atlanta, in the basement at EBC: Smyrna, in the Cafeteria at EBC: Fairburn and in Building B at EBC: Douglasville & EBC: Conyers
Pick up – is done in the same location as registration.
FIRST TIME VISITORS: If you are visiting for the first time you will need to complete a set of forms that include information like name, birthdate, allergies, and emergency contact names and phone numbers. All parents or guardians are given an ID card that matches the armband and name tag placed on the child.
The parent must present the ID card to pick up the child. If you lose your ID Card you must provide a photo ID in order to pick up the child. Copies are made and maintained on file for 14 days.
REGULAR ATTENDEES: Names and information are stored in Checkpoint system.
The Greenhouse Ministry is for middle and high school students. Teen church is held at 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at EBC: Atlanta, 9:30 a.m. at EBC: Conyers, 8:30 a.m. at EBC: Smyrna, and 10:45 a.m. at EBC: Fairburn and Douglasville. Teen church is held in the Chapel at EBC: Atlanta, in the Chapel downstairs at EBC: Smyrna, in the music room at EBC: Fairburn and in the Chapel in Building B at EBC: Douglasville and EBC: Conyers.
EBC: Atlanta
Parking is available on campus at EBC: Atlanta. If the parking lot is full, you may park at The Promenade located at 3915 Cascade Road any day during worship services and/or special events. We also have parking available at West Park on Sunday only from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. West Park is located at 5495 Cascade Road.
EBC: Smyrna
Parking is available on campus at EBC: Smyrna. If the parking lot is full, you may park at the shopping center next to the church.
EBC: Fairburn
Parking is available on campus at EBC: Fairburn.
EBC: Douglasville
Parking is available at EBC: Douglasville campus. If the lot is full, shuttle service is available at West Douglasville Park and Ride located on Douglas Blvd. If you are coming from the church parking lot, turn left on Bright Star Road then turn left Douglasville Blvd. and the shuttle parking entrance is at the Stewart Parkway light (across from rainwater car wash).
EBC: Conyers
Parking is available on campus at EBC: Conyers. If the parking lot is full, a shuttle service is available from the Lowes parking lot located at 1901 GA Highway 138 SE. Signs will be posted to identify the areas where EBC parking will be available.

Prayer requests may be submitted here or on the Prayer wall within the Elizabeth Baptist Church mobile app
Individuals may submit a premarital education registration form online. You may contact Darlene Henderson at darlene.henderson@elizabethbaptist.org or call (404) 696-8787 to review the premarital education guidelines, fees and the virtual meeting schedule.
Members may apply by completing and submitting a Wedding Application either in person at the EBC: Atlanta campus or via email to Kathy.Bell@elizabethbaptist.org. Once your request has been received, our Wedding Coordinator, Kathy Bell, will schedule a meeting to review the Wedding Policies and Procedures. Upon completion, your information will then be forwarded to the church counselor so that Pre-Marital Counseling sessions can be scheduled. It’s a requirement that all pre-marital counseling sessions be completed before the wedding ceremony can take place.

Members may submit a baby dedication registration form online or you may contact Darlene Henderson at darlene.henderson@elizabethbaptist.org or (404) 696-8787 to review the guidelines and obtain the parenting class and dedication service schedule.
Members may send an email to deacons@elizabethbaptist.org or call (404) 564-8514 to leave a message. You may also notify the receptionist at the EBC Atlanta campus. Please provide the complete name and contact information of the sick, hospitalized and/or shut-in.

You may request reserved seating for yourself or a family reunion by filling out a Special Guest Form. Forms may be emailed to Lisa.Childers@elizabethbaptist.org or faxed to 404-699-5522 Attn: Lisa Childers.
To receive a special acknowledgement, a request must be made in advance and understand that the announcement/acknowledgement is made at the sole discretion of Dr. Oliver or the worship leader. We are delighted to have you and your family worship with us but due to the flow of service and time constraints your announcement/recognition may not be possible at times. You must be a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church. The assistance committee meets every Wednesday at the EBC: Atlanta Campus from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Interviews and applications are completed at this time. The interview process does not automatically grant assistance. Applicants who arrive after the time allotted will not be interviewed.
Non-perishable items are available to members and non-members through our Food Pantry.

Step 1: Complete New Members’ Classes and a Spiritual Gifts Inventory. Class information is available here.
Step 2: Sign-up for a Life Group, Precept or Bible Institute Course. View the current classes available here.
Step 3: Attend the New Members’ Fellowship Brunch with Dr. and Lady Oliver to learn about the Mission, Vision and History of EBC, and discover how your spiritual gifts can be used in ministry. To learn more about specific ministry opportunities and meeting times, please contact Bro. J'Rese Mitchell at jrese.mitchell@elizabethbaptist.org.
Step 4: Complete the Decision Counseling Training (Required of all licensed/ordained Ministers and Ministers-in-Training). Contact Sis. Rosa Cohan at rosa.cohan@elizabethbaptist.org to register for upcoming training dates.
Step 5: Sign up to join the Ministers-In-Training Ministry and submit the following information to Min. Tim Sims at mit@elizabethbaptist.org
• A brief statement of your sense of call into the ministry
• A brief overview of previous ministry experience and academic training related to ministry
• Copies of license and/or ordination certificates
The senior pastor, along with the established Collaborative Preaching Team, will preach in a rotational format at the five locations. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the senior pastor and the preaching team work together to develop sermons that will be delivered during the worship services. The goal of this collaborative preaching effort is to ensure that each congregation will receive the same message during their worship experience.
